PPM does not remove the need for reactive maintenance, although it does mean that many operations can be carried out in a more orderly and cost effective manner. However, breakdowns and damage caused by improper use or vandalism do require swift action.
On appointment, you will have access to our Help Desk and 24 hour call out facility for all breakdowns, repairs and reactive maintenance, as and when required.
For emergencies such as gas leaks, power failures, etc. we operate an hour response time, subject to traffic and local conditions.
We will determine the most suitable approved contractor to attend site, based on the information provided. We will also evaluate any remedial works suggested by contractors to ensure that they are necessary and value for money.
A dedicated small works automated ordering system is used, which will automatically send an email confirmation to you, the following;
- Name of Contractor attending
- Description of work
- Any specific health & safety requirements
- A unique Job Number
- Response time required
We will check a random number of small works to ensure quality of workmanship, hours claimed, etc. prior to approving the invoice.
